Ms. Suling Yee Roth oversees operations in the Honolulu office and the affiliated Singapore office, Precast Design Consultants Pte. Ltd.

Suling spent the first years of her career in architecture designing hospitals and institutional buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her firm’s clients included Stanford University, the University of California, and San Francisco General Hospital. After moving to New York for a year working in Manhattan’s dynamic residential real estate industry, Suling moved to Singapore and started work designing commercial buildings, shopping malls and condominiums at Singapore’s largest international architecture and engineering firm. Most recently, Suling returned to her native Honolulu and designed resorts and luxury communities at a leading international hospitality design firm. She has designed projects all over the world for various high-end international hotel operators. She was also the lead designer for various competition-winning resort projects in China.

Suling received her Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She is a licensed architect in the State of Hawaii, member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED Accredited Professional. She believes that the future of architecture and design is greater integration with engineering systems that will make buildings more efficient, flexible, cost effective, and kinder to the earth.
