U.S.S. Arizona Memorial
Honolulu, Hawaii

Precast prestressed concrete pile supported platform structure clear spanning across the beam of the sunken battleship U.S.S. Arizona in Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, Hawaii. A floating precast concrete dock moored adjacent to the memorial was also designed and constructed to accommodate shuttle boats for tour groups.

Luzon Stevedoring Barges
Philippines

Design and construction supervision of 19 pretensioned, precast concrete ocean-going barges for liquid and dry cargo transport. These barges were used to haul liquid cargo such as JP4 jet fuel and dry cargo such as coal, rice, ammunition, military equipment, construction materials, etc. throughout and after the Vietnam War period. The last of these vessels were de-commissioned after more than 30 years of continuous service.
