|
Results: |
Reduced number of workers on site, improved site management and construction safety, reduced construction waste disposal; noise; and air pollution. Project completed one year ahead of estimated temporary occupation permit (TOP) date due to the construction/precast design method resulting in early return on investment, reduced interest charges, less disruption and relocation for extension projects. |
