Project Details:

6 high-rise apartment blocks consists of:

  • Presidential Towers 1 & 2 Apartments (45 stories each)
  • Royal Towers 1 & 2 Apartments (32 stories each)
  • Ambassador Tower 1 Apartments (40 stories)
  • Ambassador Tower 2 Apartments(32 stories)
  • One 65-story Hotel & Office Tower
  • 6 stories of retail podium with mall, parking, convention center and a 6-story school

Engineering Solution:

  • Integrate high and low-rise podium structures for overall seismic resistance
  • Layout miscellaneous building functional areas into standardized precast structural scheme, minimizing types of precast elements
  • Utilize precast slab soffits, long span beams for parking efficiency
